Johnson & Allen have complete Johnson & Allen brand water-washable type FDPI line in-stock, available for viewing at Cross- Smithfield site in Sheffield and ready for fast dispatch upon payment.
The FDPI line is in ‘like new’ condition and has only been used a handful of times (mostly on test pieces) by its previous owner, making it the perfect solution for an organization looking to renew their NDT equipment.
A complete FDPI solution
The line was intended to be used in a darkroom for inspecting using fluorescent penetrant, although if required Johnson & Allen can supply a UV blackout booth and inspection bench to house the line within.
The line consists of 6 stations including penetrant dip, penetrant drain, wash, wash drain, drying oven and storm cabinet fitted with extract-and-return powder unit. The line can also be supplied with its native JAFIL45 filtration unit to treat waste washings before releasing to a foul drain.
Full 12 Month Warranty
This is a unique opportunity as Johnson & Allen (the manufacturer) have given this equipment a complete assessment and are prepared to offer a full 12 month warranty on the FDPI line on all parts and labour.
