The Johnson & Allen Mobile Power Pack features AC energising modes for surface inspection as standard but optional HWDC capability for slightly sub-surface inspection is available on request.
Push-button decaying AC demagnetization and 5 position adjustable shot timer can also be installed if required.
Versatile Design
The Mobile Power Pack is ideal for performing pistol prod and encircling techniques but can also be used in conjunction with fixed coils, split coils and ‘G’ clamp type prods.
The Mobile Power Pack is supplied fully calibrated with the relevant paperwork and includes an energizing foot pedal with armoured lead.
Quality UK Construction
The transportable power pack is a highly robust unit that is built around a steel frame which includes 2 internally mounted wheels and rubber grip handles for easy re-siting. Safety features such as thermal cut-outs and current protection devices are fitted as standard on the Mobile Power Pack to ensure that even inadvertent misuse will not put operators at risk.
Johnson & Allen pride itself on high quality design and construction which is why the power transformers used in the transportable power pack are wound, built and extensively tested in house before they are installed.
