Demagnetisers
Demagnetisers are used in Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) methods of NDT to demagnetise components post inspection. Johnson & Allen design and manufacture standard and bespoke MPI aperture demagnetisers, as well as specialist demagnetising equipment for unique applications.
MPI demagnetisers can either be intermittent or continuous use, with Regavolt control and roller track systems available; Roller track systems being recommended for high output demagnetisers to minimise EMF exposure.
